Your information is shared only with the licensed OSTDS contractor serving your county. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties beyond this purpose.
Lead data is transmitted via secure API and stored in email format. We do not maintain a public database of customer information.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data (page views, session duration) to improve our website. GA4 does not collect personally identifiable information. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will remove your data within 30 days.

Email signups on our SUIP grant page are a separate purpose from septic service quote requests. When you join the SUIP waitlist, we collect:
We use this information to notify you when SUIP funding becomes available in your county. We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as our email service provider. When you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email requiring you to click a link to verify your email address (double opt-in). You must confirm your email address before you are added to the waitlist.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us, or by emailing [email protected]. We will remove your email from our SUIP waitlist within 30 days of your request.
Your SUIP waitlist data is stored by Brevo under their data processing terms. We do not share your waitlist information with third parties beyond what is necessary to send you SUIP program updates.
